Yes. Every property goes through our verification process before being listed. We confirm ownership documents, inspect the property, and validate the landlord's details to protect you from fraud.
"Available units" shows how many rentable rooms or apartments within that property are currently open for tenants. A property may have 10 total units but only 3 available at any time.
RENTBRiG's flexible payment model is built for this. Depending on the landlord's terms, you may be able to pay monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually instead of a full year upfront which is the traditional Ghana standard. Instalment options are shown on each listing.

We charge a one-time service fee upon successful tenancy placement. The exact amount is disclosed upfront before you commit. There are no hidden charges.

Both. We manage single residential properties for landlords who are abroad or unavailable, and we also manage large multi-tenant commercial buildings. Plans are scaled to the size and needs of your property.
We have a network of vetted contractors on standby. For emergencies such as plumbing bursts, electrical faults, or structural issues, we dispatch within 2–4 hours and keep the property owner and tenant informed at every step.
Monthly reports are standard, covering maintenance activity, tenancy status, utility consumption, and financial summaries. Urgent events are reported immediately. Custom reporting frequencies can be agreed in your contract.
Yes. Rent collection, receipting, and remittance to the landlord can be included in your facilities management contract. We maintain transparent financial records accessible to you at any time.
We conduct a move-out inspection, document the property condition, manage any deposit deductions in accordance with the tenancy agreement, and prepare the unit for the next tenant including cleaning and minor touch-ups.
We source building and construction materials, furnishings, fixtures, doors, windows, plumbing and electrical components, office furniture, and appliances. If it is needed for a property or project, we can procure it.
No. Supply and logistics is offered as a standalone service. Contractors, developers, and property owners can engage us purely for procurement and delivery without requiring our renovation or management services.
We work with a vetted supplier network and inspect goods before dispatch. Specifications agreed at the quotation stage are the standard we hold all supplies to. Any non-conforming goods are returned and replaced at no additional cost.
Yes. We have delivered to project sites across Greater Accra, Tema, Kumasi, and other locations. Delivery costs and timelines for out-of-city sites are included in your quotation.
